Established in the year 2003, Arabetics™ is a private type foundry, and a design and consulting firm, specializing primarily in (but not limited to) non-traditional Arabic and Arabetic font design and lettering works, and associated software solutions. It was founded by type designer Saad D. Abulhab who introduced in 1998 the Mutamathil type style النمط الحرفي او الخط المتمـاثل to enrich and diversify Arabetic fonts options and choices, and to address the challenges of literacy, education, economics, technology, global competition, as well as legibility.
